Saturday Morning Nature Hike – Well-Being with Susan High

Forest Hiking and Well-Being – Enjoy a relaxing and calming stroll through ponderosa pines with
a retired counselor, teacher, and yoga instructor. Along the way, you will learn and practice
some easy techniques to lower stress and improve your inner sense of calm and well-being.
Hikes are Every Saturday in the summer at 8:30 AM. Remember to wear close-toed
shoes, and bring water, a hat, and a walking stick if needed. Dogs on a leash, and kids are OK.
